Villa Sapphire, a large 6-bedroom villa, is located within 10 minutes walking distance to the Marina Rubicon area, so with easy access to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. It offers a good-sized outside area with a long swimming pool (measures: 10.5m x 2.50m, depth 1.50m) and offers some nice extra amenities like a pool table and tennis table. All in all the ideal villa for a holiday with family or friends if you wish to have all amenities nearby.

Inside the villa has a spacious lounge area with a flatscreen TV with comprehensive UK and European channels. On one side of the lounge area you will find the master bedroom with separate bathroom and dressing room, and a twin room with bathroom. On the other side of the lounge is an open plan kitchen/dining area, with utility room next to it. This end of the villa houses two further bedrooms (one double, one twin - both en-suite).

Both the lounge and kitchen/dining areas have open doors to the outside area.

Externally, the villa features a spacious sunbathing area around the pool and a covered alfresco dining area with barbecue. The pool is 12 metres long (2,5 metres wide) so ideal for those people who like to swim.
