Casa Lauremar is situated in a gated complex close to all the bars and restaurants of Faro Park in Playa Blanca. The start of the ocean front promenade is also just a 10 minute walk away. This promenade runs the full length of the resort (almost 7km). Inside, the villa has recently been updated and comprises 2 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and the other with a bathroom for sole use. Guests can also enjoy the free WiFi and full sky package.
The villa is presented to the normal Optima Villas 5 star standard, but is managed and prepared for your arrival by the owners*.
A welcome pack of groceries and pool towels are also provided.
Outside, the villa has a spacious sunbathing terrace surrounding the pool (measures: 7.00m x 3.50m, depth 1.30m to 1.40m) and lovely surrounding gardens, as well as a covered alfresco barbecue and dining area.

The perfect place, Ana, August 2024\ "Villa Lauremar is the perfect place for a family with children. We went with a car, and in 10 minutes you are in Playa Blanca which has all the services. The development was super quiet. The house was beautiful and the cleanliness was impeccable. In addition to having everything in the kitchen, washing machine, iron, etc. we were left several sets of towels even for the pool. The fantastic garden with several sofas and lounge chairs. Optima Villas has an email for any questions or issues and they respond quickly. We would definitely go back delighted."
