Casa Cielo Azul is a recently refurbished villa located just a stone’s throw from the many bars, restaurants and shops found in the bustling Marina Rubicon area. The villa is home to 3 beautiful bedrooms but sleeps up to a total of 5 guests, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with a supermarket less than 5 minutes away.
The interior of the villa has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard, and you’ll love staying in this fresh, clean self-catering space. Downstairs, you’ll find an open-plan living room complete with a dining area and adjacent kitchen. You’ll also find one single bedroom downstairs, accompanied by a toilet room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, boasting its own en-suite bathroom as well as a private balcony with breath-taking sea views to enjoy. Beside the master bedroom, you’ll find the twin bedroom and family bathroom.
The villa’s spacious south-facing pool (measures: 5.00m x 3.00m, depth 1.50m) and terrace area enjoy glorious sunshine throughout the day. The owners recently have invested in a modern look outside with large grey, non-slip, tiles creating a safe and contemporary environment outside. The plunge pool is absolutely perfect for cooling off on a sunny day, whether with family or friends. The terrace also comes complete with a shaded alfresco dining area for warm days and a dining area right by the built-in barbecue. Put simply, there are countless ways to enjoy your days and evenings outside in the Playa Blanca sun. From Casa Cielo Azul, you can walk to Marina Rubicon in around 20 minutes. In the other direction, you can take a scenic walk to the Papagayo’s gorgeous beaches.

Although the pool is relatively small it was lovely to take a dip and cool down …it was well used. Someone came to clean and then treat the pool whilst we were there. The lounge and outside dining area were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The utility area with washing machine was very useful. The area was really peaceful of an evening and there was a supermarket at the end of the street, which was well stocked. Rubicón marina is just a 10 minute walk along the promenade and is very smart with lovely restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa." There are 2 very close supermarkets, which was very convenient, there is a car rental in the parallel street. Bus 30 leaves on the main road very close and so you can easily get through all of Playa Blanca. So you don't have to rent a car for the entire stay, but possibly only for day trips. For families with small children a note: there is no protection on the stairs and by the pool. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and more than enough towels, that were refreshed after 7 days along with fresh bed linen. The pool area is great and perfect for family time. It is in a good location, walkable to the local marina via a fantastic promenade that runs all the way to Playa Blanca. There are also two supermarkets at the end of the road, convenient for topping up supplies. Everything ran really smoothly for us on this holiday, and we would be happy to stay at an Optima villa again. Based on our experience we would highly recommend.¨
