Together, the apartments sleep up to 10 guests.
The interior takes inspiration from the 70s Manrique style that defined Lanzarote’s most unique era but is also refurbished to a high standard – combining the very best of the island, both past and present. Inside you’ll find a double bedroom and two twin rooms.
Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious terrace area with panoramic sea views and stairs that will lead to the beach. Around the corner you’ll find all the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen, thanks to its array of bars, restaurants and shops.

Apartment Mariola´s Sunset is situated 15 minutes drive from the airport and in the centre of Puerto del Carmen.
The nearest supermarket is situated in the town centre a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

A gem and we will be back, Rose, March 2023\ Fantastic sea views from the large terrace, from the living area and Bedroom 1. We felt as though we were at the sea, but out of town...from sun rise to sunset, the sea is always changing and we could even star gaze at night! You can continue down the outside steps on to the beach so it's convenient for swimming too. The apartment is very well equipped (e.g. teapot, 2 kinds of coffee maker) and Optima were helpful and quick to respond to a query. Pleasantly cool indoors even though the weather was hot and surprisingly quiet at night given that there are shops and restaurants nearby. A choice of shade or sun on the terrace thanks to the excellent sun roof! It's easy to find parking nearby on a side street. Overall, a gem and we will be back!

It is situated on the busy boulevard of Puerto del Carmen with a sea/beach view. Beautiful to watch te sun rise in the morning from there! Even though you're on the busy boulevard, when you're in the villa or on the balcony you're not realizing you're on a touristic spot. When you walk down the stairs towards the villa, you leave the crowds behind and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the villa, beach and sea. The villa was tidy and very spacious with smart room placements, like the bathroom in the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying in this place and picking Optima Villas as the host for your stay on Lanzarote.“
