A lovely two bedroom villa with pool just minutes from the beach. For beach and sea lovers who don't want to hire a car then Villa Burgado is a must. As this peaceful property is situated just a five minute walk from the beach, and only ten minutes from the local supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Walkers will love the sea-side promenade which stretches 6 kilometres across the resort.
The villa is set in a pretty and mature south facing Canarian garden and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Featuring a fully fitted kitchen, two modern bathrooms (one of which is en suite), two bedrooms and a lounge equipped with plenty of home entertainments such as flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and satellite TV.
Externally guests can laze by the pool on the comfy sun loungers or enjoy an al fresco meal from the BBQ in the covered outdoor dining area. There is a retractable awning so that guests can enjoy a poolside snooze outside of the sun's glare
Notes and Additional Information
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before your arrival. Reservations under 90 days from the date of arrival must be paid in full. You will be contacted by email shortly after your reservation regarding payment options.
