Wir haben 9 tolle Tage in der traumhaften Villa Anna verbracht. Wir konnten in der Vergangenheit bereits viele Ferienhäuser an verschiedenen Orten kennenlernen und die Villa Anna war definitiv das perfekteste! Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch praktischen Lage in Playa Blanca. Sowohl das Zentrum von Playa Blanca als auch Puerto Rubicon sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Dank des wohltemperierten Pools konnten wir selbst im März bei nicht ganz optimalem Kanarenwetter täglich schwimmen. Das bereitgestellte Lebensmittelpaket ist auch einzigartig! Von allem was dabei. In der Mitte des Aufenthaltes wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausgetauscht, was man auch nicht überall erlebt. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auch mehrmals gereinigt. Ein großes Lob an Optimavillas! Vom ersten Kontakt mit Annelieke bis jetzt nach unserem Urlaub eine perfekte und sehr nette Betreuung! Wir wurden im Vorfeld bestens mit allen Informationen ausgestattet, während des Urlaubs hatten wir Kontaktdaten für (nichtbenötigte) Notfälle oder Probleme. Alles in allem ein perfekter und dezenter Service. Wir würden jederzeit wieder über Optimavillas buchen und auch sofort wieder in die Villa Anna einziehen! Vielen Dank für alles!

We had 9 great days in the dream-Villa Anna. We have stayed in a lot of holiday villas in different areas, but Villa Anna was definitely the best! The villa is situated in a quiet area, but very close to Playa Blanca. Both the centre and Marina Rubicon are reachable by foot. The villa is very clean and well looked after. It does not miss a thing. Thanks to the heated pool we were able to swim every day in March, with not the best Canarian wetter. The supplied welcome pack is also unique! It had everything you need. In the middle of our stay the bath towels and bedlinen were changed, also something you will not find everywhere. The pool has been cleaned several times during our stay as well. A big praise to Optimavillas! From the first contact with Annelieke until even after out holiday they took very good care of us. Beforehand we were very well informed, during our holiday we had to contact them for (not-needed) emergencies or problems. All in all a perfect and decent service. We will at any time book again with Optimavillas and also we will stay again in Villa Anna! Many thanks for everything!

Some of our villas have terraces with lockable gates, which will prevent children entering the pools unattended. However, this is not exclusive so please email us with your requirements, or contact our office on 0800 612 0997 or 02034 111 999 and we'll be happy to help. Bear in mind that one of the biggest dangers is running with wet feet, or trying to operate something electrical whilst still wet from swimming. There's no substitute for a watchful eye, and plenty of high factor sun cream.

Playa Blanca is very child friendly and the sea is safe, but only to children who are accompanied by an adult. The locals love children, and when your child is made a fuss of in the restaurant, its not an attempt to get a bigger tip !!!

On arrival in Lanzarote, if you have booked a hire car through us, please notify us if you have a toddler. We'll make sure that you get the corrrect child seats for the little ones.

In a word, fantastic ! The sun is all year round, with a light breeze that makes the temperature more comfortable. We do get the odd day, and even a week, where the clouds come over, but it is a rarity and more likely in the winter months. One word of warning, the light breeze can lead to a false sense of security about the sun's rays. If you forget to cover yourself in a sun block then you will get burnt.

We have very few nightclubs, but the Papagayo centre is the place to be until the early hours. Some of the sea-front bars and restaurants stay open until 2am, and there are other places to enjoy music until late. We have restaurants for every palate and we'll be happy to advise on our favourites if you pass by our offices.

At the start of your holiday we can even carry out a brief visit to the villa on request to make sure everything is ok with your accommodation.

During office hours our resort manager is on call if you need any assistance. We operate a 24 hour call-out service, if you have any emergencies between 6pm and 10am, then you can contact us for support. We have a fully staffed team of villa managers, tradesman and translators, so you can be sure that everything is covered. We also have an office in the centre of Playa Blanca.

Please remember that we are not the villa owners and have no authority to move you to alternative accommodation. We will always describe the property accurately and will inspect the quality before you arrive. If something occurs during your holiday that results in your wanting to move elsewhere, then we will do our best to obtain recompense from the villa owner, but remember that it is stipulated in our terms and conditions that adequate holiday and liability insurance must be obtained before booking. You must also report any issues immediately on arrival or discovery.
